Life can suck sometimes. Sometimes we feel like we can’t keep up and are completely overwhelmed. It may not feel like it at the time but these feelings do go away.
Setbacks are part of life and it's hard to understand why they happen. To be more yppah it is important to maintain a positive mental outlook, allowing you to work through and recover from feelings of emotional pain, grief, and loss.
Coping is often defined as the thoughts and behaviours we use to manage stressful situations. We all deal differently with the ups and downs in life so understanding what is or isn't in our control is an important skill to master. Improve your ability to cope by learning from each situation (past, present and future) and challenging yourself will make you better, faster, stronger.
Remember that you’re in control of how you make sense of things and what you do about it. You’re the boss!
