It’s free? Really…?

Yip, for individuals it is. Our mission is to help everyone be more yppah. You, friends, family, colleagues, whoever needs it. Please feel free to share yppah.me.

yppah just looks like a survey. What’s it based on?

yppah is the result of many years of research into the science of resilience. We have spent thousands of hours working with all types of people from elite athletes to nurses, students to retirees to understand what makes up a holistic view of well-being. We are often invited to speak about our research. To find out more please email yppah@yppah.me.

Can I stop the emails?

Of course. Every email communication from us has an unsubscribe link. You can start again at any time by entering your details on yppah.me. The default frequency for receiving email prompts is every 2 weeks.

I already look after my health and well-being, how are your activities better?

Did you know that there are only 26 scientifically proven positive psychology techniques to help improve your well-being? Chances are whatever you’re doing is one of these. We’re not about having ‘better’ activities, we simply curate the most effective. They may seem simple but that’s also the point, self improvement doesn’t need to be over-complicated or time consuming but it does require self discipline and focus.

Do you have an app?

No. Who needs yet another reminder pinging away? yppah works on the browser of your desktop or mobile device.

Can I speak to someone?

We have expert, accredited coaches who are available to speak with, confidentially. Use this link to contact us.

What do the results mean?

People all over the world use yppah on any given day. Whether that’s to see if a change they have made to their routine is working, or because they’re feeling overwhelmed and need a tip. The numbers should be used as a guide to track how you’re doing. If you introduce healthy habits into your life, guided by your yppah results, your numbers will improve. For more see the For You section.

Are you a well-being program?

No. First and foremost we exist to help people understand and improve themselves. This in its simplest form are numbers that change depending on how you’re feeling that day/ week/ month. The clever bit is that yppah accurately identifies where you are in 7 key areas of your life. You can then decide what to do next. Pretty straightforward.

Some well-being programs are good, a lot aren’t.

We already have a well-being program in our business, do I need you as well?

In most cases we work alongside change management, wellbeing, leadership, recruitment and graduate programs (amongst others) to help businesses understand their people, now and in the future. We provide regular insight that typically isn’t available to the same depth, speed and scale of yppah.

In my business we already use pulse and engagement surveys, so we don’t need you right?

yppah is all about you, the individual. Pulse and engagement surveys are generally about the company. We find most people are more comfortable and open when using yppah over a company led platform.

I have feedback

We love feedback and listen to every single bit we receive. In fact it’s key to helping us improve what we do. Please email yppah@yppah.me
